Lbdqsb offers free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free for all orders within our shipping area. No minimum purchase is required.

We do not offer express or expedited shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–15 business days.

Including order processing, the combined estimated delivery period is approximately 8–18 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected events may cause delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.

Delivery Address and Order Changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error or need to request an address change, contact us promptly. We will try to assist, but changes may no longer be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us with your order number.

We will investigate and assist you with the next steps. For damaged items, photographs of the item and packaging, where available, can help us assess the issue.
