Orders and Order Changes

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. Orders remain subject to payment verification and product availability.

If we cannot fulfill an order, or need to clarify an apparent error, we will contact you using the details provided.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the payment for the canceled items.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. We will try to assist, but changes or cancellation may no longer be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Dispatched orders may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the product page and at checkout.

Please review the currency, discounts, any applicable taxes, and final total before submitting payment.

Standard shipping is free throughout our stated shipping area.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You must be authorized to use the payment method submitted.

If we discover a material pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding. We will not charge you a higher amount without your agreement.

If the order cannot proceed, any collected payment for the canceled items will be refunded.

Changes to prices or promotions apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively change the agreed price of an accepted order.

Discounts and Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout unless applied through a valid promotional link. Any eligibility requirements or restrictions stated with a promotion apply.

The WESTERN15 promotion provides 15% off eligible order merchandise while the promotion is active. It has no minimum purchase requirement and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Purchases made using WESTERN15 remain eligible for returns under the same 30-day return policy and item-condition requirements as full-price purchases.

Refunds reflect the amount actually paid after the discount.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free standard shipping to all 50 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Estimated transit time after dispatch is 7–15 business days. The combined estimated delivery period is approximately 8–18 business days.

Processing and transit times are separate. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other unexpected events may cause delays.

We do not offer express or expedited shipping.

If your package is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and assist.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days after delivery.

Standard returns must meet the item-condition requirements in our Return and Refund Policy.

Please obtain approval before sending a return. For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover return shipping costs.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned items after any discount, together with any applicable refundable tax.

Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by applicable law.

For an exchange, contact us to arrange an eligible return, then place a separate order for the replacement item, subject to availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

We will explain the available resolution and provide a prepaid return shipping label if a return is needed.
